ADAS lidar and millimeter-wave radar operate under full load around the clock. Affected by outdoor high temperature and closed cabin heat accumulation, their core chip temperature often exceeds 85℃. High temperature leads to detection accuracy deviation, signal drift and abnormal point cloud data, raising equipment failure rate in harsh outdoor scenarios. Conventional passive cooling solutions including air cooling and thermal pads feature delayed heat dissipation and uneven temperature distribution. Their bulky structure also occupies limited vehicle installation space, failing to match miniaturized radar integration design.

Independently developed and mass-produced by Pioneer Thermal, the full-range cold plate adopts integrated precision stamping and vacuum brazing technology. Its thermally optimized micro-channels realize uniform fluid heat exchange. Verified by actual vehicle tests, it stably controls core radar temperature below 56℃ with temperature difference within ±3℃ across the whole plate, improving heat dissipation efficiency by 60%. The integrated thin-wall lightweight structure fits compact installation scenarios such as roof and front cabin embedded layout.
The cold plate has passed vehicle-level hydraulic leakage and anti-vibration tests, adapting to -40℃~85℃ alternating temperature environment and avoiding liquid leakage risks. Supported by in-house full-process production lines covering friction stir welding, brazing and automatic assembly, we provide one-stop services including thermal simulation, structural customization and interface matching.
