The client requires a customized liquid cooling solution with the following requirements: first, deliver high-efficiency heat dissipation to keep core temperature within the specified range and support 7×24 hours non-stop operation; second, ensure full structural compatibility with existing mounting holes and internal space, requiring no modifications to the original equipment; third, guarantee long-term reliability for industrial pure water circulation systems with superior corrosion resistance and zero liquid leakage.

 

Customized Solution

 

 

Tailored to on-site working conditions and technical requirements, we developed an all-copper precision-machined liquid cooling cold plate. Machined from a solid copper ingot via integrated CNC milling, its internal flow channels are optimized through fluid and thermal simulation to ensure even water flow with no stagnant zones, maximizing heat exchange efficiency. Mounting holes and positioning structures are precisely engineered per the client's equipment drawings for zero-tolerance fit and direct installation. The surface is treated with eco-friendly passivation to form a dense protective film on copper, greatly enhancing corrosion resistance for long-term liquid cooling circulation.
