Server Industrial CPU Heatpipe Heatsink

This heatpipe soldering CPU heatsink is designed for high-power processors in servers and industrial hosts. The core cooling principle is as follows: heat generated by the CPU is transferred to the heatsink base through direct contact. The embedded heatpipes, filled with working fluid, rapidly absorb the heat from the base and transfer it to the aluminum cooling fins on both sides. The fins dissipate heat through a large contact area with air, while the axial fan provides forced air cooling to remove heat from the fins, forming a continuous and stable thermal cycle to ensure reliable temperature control for the CPU.

Featuring a proven combination of copper heatpipes and aluminum fins, this compact and efficient heatsink fits standard 2U server chassis and supports mainstream LGA/AMD processors. The soldered joints between heatpipes, base and fins ensure low thermal resistance, and the PWM-controlled fan balances cooling performance and noise level. Widely used in enterprise servers, industrial control hosts and edge computing devices, it guarantees stable CPU performance under long-term full-load operation.
