Battery Liquid Cold Plate

Engineered exclusively for new energy battery packs and energy storage systems, this integrated liquid cold plate combines precision internal fluid channels, embedded copper heat pipes and dense skived aluminum fins to deliver superior uniform cooling performance.

Unlike flat single-layer cooling plates, our composite structure embeds custom routed copper tubes inside a solid aluminum base. The circulating coolant flows through precision-machined channels to absorb concentrated heat from battery cells evenly, eliminating hotspots that trigger capacity decay, thermal runaway risks and shortened battery lifespan. The vertical skived fin array on the side further expands heat exchange area, adding auxiliary passive cooling backup for long-cycle outdoor energy storage operation.

Crafted from high-strength aluminum alloy with vacuum brazing sealing technology, the whole unit achieves zero leakage under long-term hydraulic cycling tests. It maintains a tiny temperature difference across the entire plate surface, stabilizing cell temperature within a safe range even under rapid charging, high-rate discharge and continuous full-load working conditions.
