Product Description
This custom skived fin heat sink is precision CNC machined from a solid monolithic aluminum billet, built exclusively for high-power photovoltaic inverters. Integrated with embedded copper heat pipes, it combines ultra-large heat dissipation area and fast lateral heat spreading to solve concentrated hotspot issues of PV power modules under long-term full-load operation.
Unlike ordinary assembled radiators, the one-piece skived fin structure eliminates thermal contact resistance between base and fins, greatly boosting overall heat transfer efficiency. Embedded copper heat pipes rapidly extract concentrated heat from inverter chips and evenly distribute temperature across the entire aluminum substrate, avoiding local overheating that causes power attenuation and equipment failure.
