Product Description
Copper tube cold plate embeds seamless copper tubes into aluminum substrate via pressing or casting. Coolant flows inside copper pipes to take away concentrated heat efficiently owing to copper's superior thermal conductivity. CNC drilling is available for customized mounting holes after molding.
