In terms of technical principles, server cooling systems typically employ either air cooling or liquid cooling. Air-cooled systems use fans to circulate air and dissipate heat from the heatsink; offering the advantages of simple construction and lower costs, they are widely used in small and medium-sized servers. In contrast, liquid cooling systems circulate a coolant through the cooling loop and transfer heat to the external environment via a heat exchanger. While these systems offer superior cooling efficiency, they come at a higher cost and are predominantly used in large-scale data centers or high-performance computing environments.
