Recently, our Class 10,000 dust-free heat dissipation workshop has achieved all-round upgrades, integrating three core systems:
clean environment control, full-process precision testing equipment and standardized personnel management.
It supports the whole procedures of finishing, cleaning, leakage detection and dust-free assembly for liquid cold plates, heat pipe modules and high-density fin heat sinks,
eliminating common quality risks including aluminum residue, internal dampness, micro-leakage and assembly contamination.
Environmental Hardware Advantages
Built according to Class 10,000 clean room standards, the workshop is equipped with independent fresh air purification system, three-stage filter sets, dual air showers, anti-static epoxy floor and constant temperature & humidity system. The indoor temperature is kept at 22±2℃ and humidity at 45%-60% all year round to filter suspended aluminum dust and fine particles. Functional zones including ultrasonic cleaning, vacuum baking, leakage testing and assembly are physically separated to avoid cross-contamination, preventing flow channel blockage and sealing leakage caused by dust adhesion.
Full-Set Precision Testing & Assembly Equipment
We are equipped with complete quality control equipment for liquid cooling products: Air leakage test, Helium leakage test, Vacuum Baking, Flow Channel Cleaning, Flow Resistance Test, Immersion Ultrasonic Testing, as well as automatic dust-free assembly lines, end face polishing and sealing pressing auxiliary equipment.
Working Process: Immersion ultrasonic cleaning and internal flow channel cleaning remove CNC aluminum scraps and cutting oil. Vacuum baking eliminates internal moisture and hidden oil to prevent inner wall corrosion during coolant circulation. Air leakage test detects obvious welding seam leaks, while helium leakage test captures invisible micron-level micro cracks and pinholes. Flow resistance test verifies water pressure drop to match customer equipment parameters. Qualified products will be assembled and finally inspected on dust-free assembly lines for heat pipes, sealing rings and sheet metal parts.
Refined Personnel On-Site Management
To prevent manual contamination, we implement strict personnel regulations. All operators and inspectors must pass professional training on dust-free and anti-static operation before taking posts. Staff need to complete four entry procedures: shoe changing, garment changing, buffer standing and air shower dust removal. All personnel must wear unified anti-static dust-free uniforms, masks and fiber-free gloves. Dust-producing items such as mobile phones and paper notebooks are forbidden in the clean area.
Cross-area movement is strictly prohibited. Daily ultraviolet sterilization and dust-free cleaning are conducted twice a day. Air filter replacement and third-party cleanliness sampling are carried out weekly and monthly respectively. All testing instruments are calibrated monthly to guarantee accurate data.
